Tonmind has recently launched the D26V SIP Video Intercom, a smart and secure communication solution designed to meet the demands of modern environments such as factories, hotels, and office buildings. Equipped with a 2-megapixel HD camera, TF card slot for local storage, and full compatibility with SIP and ONVIF protocols, the D26V is built to integrate smoothly with major VoIP and video management systems like 3CX, Yealink, Milestone, NX, AVIGILON, and DAHUA.

What sets the D26V apart is its flexibility to connect with Tonmind's IP Speakers, SIP Speakers, ONVIF-compatible devices, and full IP PA systems. Whether enhancing entrance security or enabling live video communication across facilities, the D26V ensures reliable performance and seamless integration.

In this post, we'll walk you through two ways to view and manage recorded video from the D26V: using the Web Interface and the Tonmind PA System Pro 2.0 software.

Method 1: Access via Web Interface

To quickly access and configure the D26V:

  • Enter the device's IP address into your web browser.
  • Navigate to "Basic Settings" > "Video Setting".
  • From here, you can fine-tune video resolution, frame rate, and more according to your needs.

The web interface is ideal for users looking for straightforward access to video settings and device configuration.

Method 2: Use PA System Pro 2.0

For more advanced integration and centralized monitoring, PA System Pro 2.0 is your go-to tool.

  • Enter the video section and use the search function to find your D26V intercom and any ONVIF speakers.
  • Connect to the device using the username and password, which you can obtain from the D26V's web interface.
  • Link the D26V to an IP Speaker by entering its SIP number. This allows direct SIP-based audio and video calls.
  • Select one of the available streams, click "Save", and the video stream will be successfully connected.
  • Drag the connected audio and video onto the right panel for real-time monitoring.
  • You can also create a video view using the device's video stream URL.

Finally, return to the "Session" section, and add your video feeds to a group on the right-hand side. This allows you to monitor both video and audio streams from multiple IP devices together.
